Excellent and neat family-friendly hotel. Great variety at breakfast. Superior room with air con, extra towels etc and private outdoor table. Responsible, especially helpful staff with smiling face. Best possible and quiet location in a fairly nice area, next to Samoa for a third time, very good restaurants and a taxi.

Nice hotel and close to family and friends who I visited and attended family faalavelave.
I did not like the fact that the staff I spoke and assisted me during check out time did not know that my booking with Booked.net had me paid for my total 2 nite stay before I even checked in to the hotel. Please advise your staff or train your staff in regards to billing with online bookings and payments since they insisted I make a payment at time of check out even though I kept confirming that my wife made total payment online at the time of booking my reservation. I did not make another payment and insisted that they spoke with Booked.net before I checked out. Thank you.

Service at the front desk was great, very excellent customer service. Compliments go to the boys at the door (reception door) for their great service, from the minute our cars arrived they were on scene straight away offering help with our bags, took to our room and have the door opened for us. To the Kitchen staff- again great service- convey our thanks to the breakfast team. My special thanks to Christine for being so helpful to us during our stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful always serving with a beautiful smile
The furnishings desperately need an update especially the worn bedspreads, even the beds were squeaking and the toilets were not working properly.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Secondly, the location was ideal - just out of the city centre but still close to some great restaurants. Lastly, the basic amenities provided, including rooms with air conditioning and two queen size beds, made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast, which included some Western food options, was a nice touch.
All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

We had a great time at this hotel! The location was just out of the city center, on the hill, making it convenient to get to Apia center. The staff were very friendly and responsible, ensuring that we felt safe and supported during a stormy period. The rooms were accommodating with two queen size beds, and had all the basic amenities we needed, including air conditioning. The breakfast had a good variety of options, including some western food, and it was all included in the price.
Everything was ok, nothing to complain about.
